Please follow the steps below to apply for residence permit extension:
Step 1: Preparation
(1) Renew insurance in advance (see 
Attachment 1).
(2) Pay all outstanding tuition and fees.
Step 2: Request official letters from CIE
Apply on CUCAS system (see Attachmemt 2).

[Study at Old Campus: Pick up from Ms. Svann's office - Room 102, Second-Teaching Building]
Step 3: Submit Application to Visa Office
Bring the following materials to the visa office.

[Study at Old Campus: Yuzhong District Entry-Exit Administration Bureau]
(1) Official letter from CIE.
(2) Completed Residence Permit Application Form (
Attachment 3).
(3) Passport copies:
Personal information page.
Current residence permit page.
(4) Visa photo and photo receipt.
(5) JW 202/201 form (How to get: see the last part).
Step 3: Upload New Residence permit
Upload the new visa page of passport to CUCAS system
